We offer our players dedicated support from our committed staff team through tickets on our official discord server.

To create a support ticket, join our discord server and click on the 'Create a ticket' button in the #support channel and complete the steps provided by our bot.

Response times vary between instantly to 24 hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

BAN APPEALS


If you believe you were unjustifiably banned, you're welcome to submit an appeal through the link https://catcraft.net/banappeal

All appeals are looked into in the order they're received on a case by case basis.  Typical response times are between 1-3 days.
