October Update 2026

The nights are getting longer, the pumpkins are glowing, and something is stirring in the Realms... Spooky season has arrived on CatCraft with a haunted new crate, spawn and a fresh End to conquer, along with our 26.3 update!

Halloween Crate 🎃

Grab a key 🔑, roll the dice, and unlock a collection of frightfully good rarities! Everything is custom made by our talented texture artists with spooky lore, including these ✨ Ultra-Legendaries ✨

Werewolf Battle Axe 🐺

Unleash the beast within! Transform into a towering werewolf with boosted Strength and Speed, leaving your foes bleeding with every swing. Let out a howl to summon three giant black wolves to hunt by your side.

Dune Reaper 🌵

Command the fury of the desert. Summon a towering wall of cursed sand that thunders across the battlefield, swallowing everything in its path before it detonates in a devastating eruption. Nothing is left standing when the wave comes for you!

This crate also features two full sets of haunted armour, a graveyard of cursed weapons and tools, spooky hats to dress up in, and plenty of adorable Halloween plushies 🎃

Overworld Expansion 🌍

With each major update like the 🍂 Wilderness Bound update, we continue to expand the world border of our never-resetting Overworld.

• 🌊 Blue Realm: 58k x 58k → 60k x 60k (922 thousand more chunks)
• 🔥 Red Realm: 45k x 45k → 50k x 50k (1.86 million more chunks)
• 🌿 Green Realm: 50k x 50k → 55k x 55k (2.05 million more chunks)

The New /biomes 🧭

We've completely overhauled the /biomes command to help you find untouched, resource-rich land every time!

• 🧭 Every biome supported, including cave biomes and an End island teleport
• 🔎 Search biomes by name, even with typos
• 🌱 Fresh biome warps: each warp now moves to a new spot over time
• ⚡ Instant teleports: no more waiting while it searches for your biome, and every landing is safe from lava, oceans and the world border

End World Reset

The End world is resetting on Saturday 10 October 2026 at 10:00 UTC (6am EDT)! Discover elytras, shulkers, and more! The 🥚 Dragon Egg will also be dropping for a lucky player who captures it!
